To reduce the spread of COVID-19 we’ve asked our contractors to notify us immediately if they’ve been exposed or infected so we can re-route their service requests. We’ve also shared Centers for Disease Control and Prevention best practices and recommended service visit precautions to help protect you and them. We will continue to work closely with our contractors so they can maintain a safe, high-quality service experience as the impact of the coronavirus evolves.
